Description

The module aims to assist students in being able to formulate and present a coherent piece of writing based upon facts, general principles and legal authority, in a structured, concise and where appropriate, persuasive manner. It will also assist students in being able to write letters to lawyers, other professionals, clients and other non-lawyers.
